If bitbox will not pair to another radio, there are a couple of things to check.
- Confirm that the mode select switch is functioning by toggling it from
BASEtoREM. The direction of the status lights should change between modes. For more information, please see this article.
- If the status lights change and there is still no pairing, please perform a factory reset of the unpaired radio.
- If a factory reset of the unpaired radio does not work, factory reset the base radio as well. Note that this will reset all pairings.
- If none of these solve the issue, you may have a hardware problem.
