Connection & Interface
The Sony FX6 is fully compatible with bitbox over USB-C, which will provide a data (ethernet) connection as well as power with a single cable. bitbox mini is compatible using a third party USB-C ethernet dongle, though we are unable to officially recommend any as compatibility with newer dongles on the market is very difficult to determine.
The FX6 has no web remote control. Our recommended method for controlling the FX6 is to use an RCP from a brand like CyanView, who provide a simple and reliable hardware control interface.
You can also use the Sony Monitor & Control App on iOS and Android.
bitbox must be in USB-C X-Mode to be compatible with FX6.
