To perform a factory reset of a bitbox:
- Hold down the pairing button
- Flip the mode switch without releasing the pairing button
- The signal lights will blink on and off several times to indicate the reset was successful and then the device will reboot. When the blinking begins, you may release the pairing button.
When the bitbox has finished rebooting you can return the mode switch to the desired setting and it will reboot once more.

- Hold down the pairing button for 10 seconds
- The signal lights will blink on and off several times to indicate the reset was successful and then the device will reboot. When the blinking begins, you may release the pairing button.
