Troubleshooting
No devices pair with base radio
- Confirm the radio is in base mode
The simplest way to do this is to check the status LEDs at boot. If the LEDs chase left to right, away from the antenna, the radio is in base mode and you should proceed to step 2.
- Check that the antenna is tight
A loose antenna can cause pairing issues.
- Perform a factory reset
It is possible that the system configuration data is corrupted, a factory reset will clear all previous pairing data.
Single remote radio will not pair with base radio
In this scenario it is likely that the issue is with the individual radio that will not pair.
- Bring the remote radio close to the base radio in order to eliminate any interference issues
- Confirm the radio is in remote mode
The status LEDs should chase right to left, in the direction of the antenna.
- Check that the antenna is tight
- Factory reset remote radio
- Factory reset base radio
This should be performed as a last resort as it will clear all other pairings and you will need to re-pair the entire system.
Radio forgets pairing on reboot
