Our Recommended IP Address Configuration
Computer/Phone/Control Surface 1: 10.10.10.1 A Camera: 10.10.10.200 B Camera: 10.10.10.201 C Camera: 10.10.10.202 D Camera: 10.10.10.203 E Camera: 10.10.10.204 Subnet Mask: 255.255.255.0 Gateway: N/A, unless otherwise required in special configurations. You can change the last octet (10.10.10.X) to accommodate more devices as needed, up to 10.10.10.254.
Leaving the gateway blank lets your device know that this network has no path out to the Internet and will keep devices functioning normally when also connected to a network that has Internet access.

Most devices do not support being connected to multiple networks with the same IP address configuration simultaneously.

Common Questions

I matched the camera IP address to my device IP address? Is this correct?
This will not work as the devices must have differing IP addresses in the same subnet. Two devices cannot share an IP address.
